Returns and refunds — OCHEAL LED Travel Makeup Case

This policy applies to the OCHEAL LED Travel Makeup Case purchased from this store and delivered within the United States.

14-day return requests

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, clean, in its original condition and packaging, and include all accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Use our contact form and include your order number, the email used at checkout and the reason for your request. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, include a description and photos if available. Do not send the item to the address on the parcel or directly to the manufacturer. We will provide authorization, the return destination and shipping instructions. Use the label or shipping method we provide and send the item within 7 calendar days of receiving the instructions.

Return shipping and fees

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost. We will tell you the label cost before you agree to any deduction from your refund. There is no restocking fee. For an item that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover necessary return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing orders

Contact us as soon as you notice a problem so we can help. The unused-item condition does not apply to a defect discovered during normal inspection or use. This policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law. If your parcel has not arrived, contact us with your order number for an investigation.

Refunds

We will inspect the return and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. The refund covers the amount paid for the returned item and applicable tax, less any return-label cost you agreed to. Any original paid shipping is not refunded for change-of-mind returns; this product currently includes free US shipping. Our obligations to you under this policy do not depend on reimbursement from our supplier.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. Once processing begins, cancellation or address changes may not be possible. If cancellation is not possible, the return policy applies after delivery. For a different item, request a return and place a new order separately.

For other products, contact us before purchase to confirm their return terms. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
