Shipping policy

Luna Makeup currently ships the OCHEAL LED Travel Makeup Case to eligible addresses in the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping charges

Standard US shipping is free for this product. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed and product availability is verified. Delivery estimates, when provided at checkout or in your order communications, are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Processing and transit times can vary by destination, supplier availability and carrier conditions. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.

If we cannot ship within the stated shipping period, or within 30 days when no shipping period is stated, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund of the unshipped items. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel and refund it.

Tracking and delivery issues

We send tracking information when it becomes available. Orders may ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you need an address correction; changes are not guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

If tracking stalls, a parcel is missing, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Do not send returns without return instructions.
