These terms apply to purchases from Luna Makeup at zewuiq-yr.myshopify.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform. Luna Makeup is responsible for customer service and resolving issues with your order.
Orders and payment
You must be legally able to make a purchase and authorized to use your payment method. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Prices are displayed in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment.
Orders are subject to payment confirmation and availability. An order receipt acknowledges your order but does not guarantee availability or shipment. If an item is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.
Product information and use
Our current product is the OCHEAL LED Travel Makeup Case, black with mirror, Medium. Cosmetics and brushes pictured are styling props and are not included. Screen colors and product appearance may vary slightly. Follow the manufacturer instructions for use, charging and care. This organizer is not a medical device and we make no therapeutic claims.
Shipping, cancellations and returns
We currently ship to eligible US addresses only. Please review our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Contact us promptly for cancellation or address changes; requests may not be possible after processing or shipment. Your rights concerning delayed, missing, defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain protected by applicable law.
Privacy and acceptable use
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not misuse this website, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security or infringe the rights of others. Third-party links may be subject to their own terms.
Your rights and updates
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Updates apply prospectively; changes do not reduce the rights attached to an order already placed.
